Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to potential clients through community events, appointments, and telemarketing efforts
- Educate prospects about Medicare plans, benefits, and enrollment processes with clear, transparent communication
- Negotiate plan options and coverage details to meet individual client needs effectively
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate client records
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase awareness of available Medicare options
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through the enrollment process
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration standards during all client interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, insurance sales, or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly valued
- Knowledge of Medicare plans, benefits administration, and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA is preferred
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Ability to manage sales processes efficiently using sales administration tools and CRM systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building
- Flexibility to engage in telemarketing activities and participate in community outreach efforts
