Now Hiring: Senior Living Placement Marketer
We are looking for a motivated, compassionate Marketer/Referral Specialist to help seniors and their families find the right places to live, including assisted living, memory care, board-and-care homes, and other senior living options.
What you’ll do:
- Connect with seniors, families, caregivers, and referral sources
- Learn about each client’s needs and help identify appropriate living options
- Build relationships with senior communities, care providers, hospitals, and other referral partners
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Provide compassionate, professional guidance throughout the placement process
We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Friendly, reliable, and compassionate
✅ A strong communicator and relationship builder
✅ Comfortable with networking, phone calls, and follow-up
✅ Experienced in senior care, senior living, healthcare, real estate, sales, or marketing — a plus, but not required
Compensation: Competitive / commission-based opportunities available.
Pay: $50,489.27 - $60,804.28 per year
Work Location: Remote
