Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant/Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning and hospitality, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including hotels and residential properties. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents alike.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Carry out floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all surfaces are spotless.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring that all tools are well-maintained and available for use.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed, including training new staff members on cleaning procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping.
- For breakfast attendant position will require cleaning of breakfast premises and serving guest with hospitality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
