Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to strengthen the TruAbutment brand
- Represent the company and its products at trade shows and other speaking engagements
- Acquire new leads, develop networks/connections with dental offices/laboratories and convert to sales
- Visit dental offices and related organizations to establish relationships and foster new business
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Report on regional sales results
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Required Experience / Qualifications:
- Sales experience to dental offices and laboratories is preferred
- Proven sales experience in the dental industry as a Regional Sales Representative or similar sales role
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Driven and independent, with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Able to travel as needed
Pay/salary will be commensurate with experience. Health, Dental, and Vision insurance for all full-time employees will be fully covered by the company upon completing the initial probationary period.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
