Assistant Parts Manager
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000+ Annually

Position Overview
Mall of Georgia Ford is seeking an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to help lead a high-volume parts operation. This position is designed for a motivated individual who wants to grow into a Parts Manager role. The selected candidate will work directly alongside the current Parts Manager, receiving hands-on training and leadership development to prepare for future advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in overseeing daily parts department operations.
· Support inventory management, stocking, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
· Work closely with technicians, advisors, wholesale customers, and retail customers.
· Help manage employee performance, productivity, and training.
· Monitor department KPIs, gross profit, expenses, and inventory performance.
· Assist with vendor relationships, purchasing decisions, and special-order management.
· Ensure excellent customer service and efficient resolution of customer concerns.
· Partner with the Parts Manager to develop leadership, operational, and financial management skills.
Qualifications
· Ford Parts experience preferred.
· Previous automotive parts management, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred.
· Strong understanding of inventory control and dealership parts operations.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
· Desire to grow into a Parts Manager position.
