As an Accounting Clerk you support our growing financial operations across multiple locations.
You play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, reconciling transactions, and assisting with various accounting tasks using QuickBooks and other computer software.

Manage and maintain financial accounts for multiple locations.

Reconcile bank statements with high attention to accuracy and timeliness.

Enter, review, and organize financial transactions using QuickBooks.

Assist in the preparation and completion of month-end closing processes.

Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with internal standards.

Maintain digital and physical records in line with GAAP and company policies.

Support additional financial or administrative projects as assigned.
Education & Experience:

Previous accounting experience, especially in retail (preferred but not required).

Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks and general accounting software.
Skills & Abilities:

Understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Proficiency in Quickbooks.
