This role you will provide exceptional client service and case coordination support for individual insurance and related financial services for associates and eligible dependents. Manage client interactions, application processing, follow-up activities, and ongoing service needs while developing a broad understanding of insurance products and financial services.

- Estimated Salary:$26.00-$32.00 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Serve as a resource and first point of contact for employees and clients by responding to questions related to coverage, ownership, costs, eligibility, and service needs.
- Prepare proposals, assist with applications, and coordinate follow-up on pending business
- Review and coordinate policy changes and service requests for completeness, compliance, and timely processing.
- Support policy servicing, including beneficiary and ownership changes, policy updates, application processing, and case follow-up.
- Prepare and distribute employee, client, and department communications and follow-up correspondence
- Use CRM and business systems to document activity, maintain records, and track pending business. Support
- Virtual and in-person interactions related to proposals, applications, status updates, and service activity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Knowledge of life, health, and annuity products and services
- Knowledge of insurance administration, service processes, workflow coordination, and the regulatory
- environment
- Strong customer service, relationship management, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and other proposal or workflow tools
- Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha in a hybrid environment.
PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with property and casualty products or guidelines.
- Familiar with the insurance industry
- Ability to obtain required individual insurance licensing now or within 3 months of employment. (Note, having a license at hire is not required, but getting licensed within 3 months is required)
