Deep Centered Mental Health is a clinician-led outpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy practice built to support thoughtful, high-quality care. We emphasize an integrative approach—combining medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and advanced interventional treatments—to help psychiatrists deliver more meaningful, lasting outcomes. Your Role:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose mental health conditions. This in an in-clinic opportunity.
- Craft personalized treatment strategies that may include psychotherapy, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care and contribute to research that advances interventional treatment.
- Have the opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
- Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board-certified in Psychiatry
- Licensed in Texas with an active DEA license (unencumbered)
- Skilled in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents
- TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) experience preferred or willingness to learn (full training and certification provided)
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, ethical, and solution-focused approach
- Comfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools
- Passionate about professional growth and continuous learning
Pay: $300,000.00 - $420,000.00 per year
