Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair, following established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process orders accurately and handle transactions smoothly.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving.
- Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils regularly to ensure seamless service.
- Follow food safety management protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination or spoilage.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Ability to operate POS systems confidently for order processing and payments.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
