Outside Guest Services Attendant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Outside Guest Services Attendant to provide excellent customer service and support daily golf operations. This role helps ensure guests enjoy a welcoming and seamless golf experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist golfers upon arrival and departure.
- Load and unload golf bags and equipment.
- Clean, prepare, and stage golf carts for play.
- Maintain practice facilities and outdoor service areas.
- Assist with tournaments and special events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest needs.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Weekend, holiday, and flexible availability preferred.
- Golf course or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
