Range 125k -185k / per year
Marquis Health Consulting Services is looking for an experienced Administrator who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations while ensuring compliance. The administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans to meet clinical, performance, and financial goals.
Requirements
Must possess NHA license in the state of MA or RI
Two years' experience in a skilled facility is preferred
Strong leadership skills necessary to successfully manage day-to-day operations in accordance with all local, state and federal codes, rules and regulations
Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary skills
Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement program goals and objectives necessary to provide quality care
Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively to manage diverse needs
Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care
Possess exceptional communication skills
Demonstrate empathy and good listening skills to staff, residents and families
