Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsible for performing routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process blends, finished products, and stability samples using advanced laboratory instrumentation while ensuring compliance with quality standards and laboratory procedures.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform routine analytical testing on raw materials, in-process blends, finished products, and stability samples.
· Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including KF titrator, FTIR, HPLC, UPLC, and UV/Visible Spectrophotometers.
· Conduct assay analysis of fat-soluble vitamins including Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K2.
· Conduct assay analysis of water-soluble vitamins including B Vitamins, Vitamin C, Biotin, N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), Folic Acid, and related compounds.
· Analyze food supplement ingredients including Curcuminoids, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Piperine, Royal Jelly, Coenzyme Q10, Ubiquinol, L-Carnitine, Silibinin, Quercetin, Rutin, and similar products using HPLC, UPLC, and UV/Visible spectroscopy.
· Document test results accurately and maintain laboratory records in accordance with quality procedures.
· Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), laboratory safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
· Assist in instrument calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience with Laboratory instruments i.e. KF, FTIR, HPLC/UPLC, UV-Vis analytical testing and laboratory documentation
· Analytical testing like Blend, Assay, Impurity, LOD, Titration
· Worked in the QC Laboratory environment (i.e. GLP, GDP, ALCOA++)

Pay: $57,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
