DENTAL ASSISTANT
SITE OF SERVICE:
- Orlando VA Medical Center, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida 32827
- Dental Outpatient Clinics: Lake Baldwin VA Clinic, Viera VA Clinic, and Daytona Beach VA Clinic
DESCRIPTION
- Dental Assistants will be required to assist the dentists in many aspects of direct patient care and perform other clinical and clerical functions independently with increasing complexity in the assigned specialties
POSITION QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully undergo a government background investigation.
- Education: shall have successfully completed a one (1) year dental assistant program accredited
by the American Dental Association’s Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA)
- Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience
- License: N/A
- Certificate:
o Radiology certificate
o BLS
- Three recommendations attesting to clinical skills. At least one must be supervisor.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
