We are looking for a reliable, high-performing Team Lead (Shift Leader) to lead shifts and support the General Manager in daily store operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role. Team Leads are expected to run shifts, direct the team, and maintain standards across operations, cleanliness, and guest experience.
Compensation
$14.00–$15.00/hour + pooled tips
- Team Leads are hired as tipped employees
- Tips typically add $2.50–$4.00+ per hour
- Typical total hourly earnings: approximately $16.50–$19.00/hour
What You’ll Do
Shift Leadership
- Lead shifts and act as Manager on Duty when assigned
- Direct team members and delegate tasks in real time
- Maintain control of the shift during both busy and slow periods
Operations
- Ensure all products are prepared accurately and to standard
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Support inventory routines, including stock rotation and waste control
Team & Guest Experience
- Train and support team members during shifts
- Reinforce expectations around speed, cleanliness, and service
- Address guest concerns quickly and professionally

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior food service or retail experience preferred
- Previous shift lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
Work Environment
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. Team Leads are expected to be fully engaged and responsible for how the shift runs.
We operate clean, standards-driven stores. Team Leads help enforce that standard alongside the General Manager.
