We are a growing used car dealership in Greenville, NC looking for a motivated and professional Used Cars Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, confident, and ready to earn based on performance. Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with strong communication skills and a great attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle selection
- Handle walk-in traffic, phone calls, and internet leads
- Follow up daily with customers via calls/texts/emails
- Schedule appointments and confirm showings
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
- Assist customers through the buying process
- Maintain accurate customer notes in CRM
- Work closely with the manager and title clerk to finalize deals
- Maintain a professional appearance and strong customer service
- Meet monthly sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (automotive sales is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working weekends
- Basic computer skills (CRM, email, texting)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to pass a background check
