As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly. If you've worked in the roofing, HVAC, pest control, construction, plumbing, electrical, or another home service industry, you'll already understand the pace and organization this role requires.
Please Note: This is not an entry-level office position. We're seeking someone with previous experience in a home service business who can confidently handle scheduling, dispatching, customer service, and office operations from day one. Applicants without relevant industry experience may not be considered.

- Other field service businesses

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Schedule inspections and service appointments
- Dispatch and assign technician routes
- Manage technician calendars and daily schedules
- Respond to customer emails
- Process accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Order office and job materials
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software
- Perform data entry and filing
- Coordinate daily office operations and support the field team
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office management or administrative experience
- Minimum 2 years working in a home service industry (roofing, HVAC, pest control, construction, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, or similar)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dispatching or scheduling field technicians
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Housecall Pro
- Experience with route optimization and technician dispatching
- Accounts receivable and collections experience
- Inventory or material ordering experience
