Looking for customer service rock stars who enjoy interacting with others and has a friendly, professional attitude. This person should be flexible and have an attention to detail as well as a desire to provide excellent customer service.
Primary responsibilities include registering guests, making, and modifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties. Providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Experience in Hotel, Customer Service or related field preferred
- A passion for people and providing excellent guest service
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energy and self-motivation.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve any guest issues.
- Excellent attendance and ability to handle responsibility.
- Attention to detail and great with numbers.
- Showing initiative by going above and beyond what is required.
- Guest Service Agents must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
- Guest Service Agents must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
- The ability to work weekends and some holidays is a must.
- Perform any other duties as requested by management
- Night Auditor Position Job Requirements *In addition to the above the NIGHT AUDITOR POSITION requires the following:
- Able to work the overnight audit shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
- This position is responsible for balancing and closing previous business day and completing daily financial reports.
- This position shows good sound judgment in making independent decisions including and ensuring all security protocols are being followed.
- Assists guests in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following Company and Best Western high standards of quality to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assists with prepping and putting the Breakfast Bar ready for breakfast attendants and early guest checkouts.
- The ability to work weekends and some holidays is a must.
- Perform any other duties as requested by management
