Description: A people-focused position that plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Memorize and practice PERC every moment of every day.
- Provide fast and friendly service, control the sales process through suggestive selling, follow all drink-making procedures with precision, and engage all customers active conversation at the delivery counter.
- Memorize the Position Priorities and stay in the assigned position.
- Maintain a clean and energetic store atmosphere—have fun! Ensure that all product is fully stocked and available.
- Complete quality control procedures by checking airport temperatures, timing espresso shot extraction times, checking thermometer calibration, and by checking the skim and half and half carafe temperatures.
- Complete all assigned weekly and monthly store maintenance.
Qualifications: Energetic, alert, observant, confident, clean, neatly groomed, friendly, upbeat and enthusiastic person able to perform multiple tasks, follow directions, and has good money handling skills. Must be able to complete the New Barista Training Program.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in food service or the food industry, including food preparation and handling.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.

Monday - Saturday 6 am - 6 pm and Sundays 7 am - 6 pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
