Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Assistant Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Duties
- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service in a quick service and fast food restaurant setting
- Oversee daily shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours and maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Supervise food preparation, serving, and food safety protocols to uphold quality and compliance standards
- Conduct staff training sessions on customer service excellence, food handling, and operational procedures
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food management to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities in a quick service or casual dining environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development
- Background in food industry operations including kitchen management, catering, banquet service or hotel experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage shift operations efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, food production, and food safety regulations
- Prior experience in managing barista or coffee service environments is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
