The Lead Superintendent - 85 year old General Contractor - Austin will be responsible for:
- Lead all day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through project completion.
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce site safety programs while maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address issues affecting schedule, quality, or budget.
- Partner closely with Project Management teams to monitor costs and identify potential risks.
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and site logistics planning.
- Provide regular project updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
