Duties
- Drive outside sales efforts by prospecting new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities within designated territories
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate customers on roofing options and solutions
- Manage existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to increase market share and brand visibility
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems proficiently to track leads, customer interactions, and deal progress
- Negotiate terms, close deals efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status to support analysis and forecasting
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of successful deal closing
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; proficiency in sales management systems is essential
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting relationships
- Ability to perform product demos and technical presentations confidently in a remote or in-person setting
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and territory management strategies
- Knowledge of retail or construction-related sales environments is a plus but not required
- Self-motivated with analysis skills to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities

Pay: $98,283.81 - $118,363.30 per year
