OnTrack Nutrition and HealthFix are looking for a dependable, motivated person to work between both of our locations. This position is more than just making our products. We’re looking for someone who can learn both businesses, help keep things running smoothly and eventually become someone we can count on to take initiative without always being told what needs to be done.
What You'll Do
- Work scheduled shifts between both OnTrack Nutrition and HealthFix
- Prepare shakes, teas, smoothies, smoothie bowls, protein coffees and other menu items
- Give customers a friendly, consistent experience at both locations
- Learn our products and help customers find items that fit what they're looking for
- Help increase retail product sales through recommendations and product knowledge
- Keep the shops clean, stocked and organized
- Help with inventory, restocking and keeping an eye on products we're running low on
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
- Help train or support other employees when needed
- Notice what needs to be done and take care of it without always needing direction
- Help with promotions, new products, events and other projects between the two businesses
- Communicate with ownership about customer feedback, inventory needs and ideas for improving the shops
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, outgoing and comfortable working independently. You should enjoy talking with customers, be willing to learn, and be the type of person who sees something that needs to be done and does it.
This is a great fit for someone who wants more responsibility than a typical part-time position and likes having variety in their workday. You'll get to work in two different businesses, learn the operations behind both and have opportunities to take on more responsibility as the position grows.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
