We want to do comfort food right, and we are looking for a skilled, passionate **Line Cook** to own our burger and sandwich station. Everything here will be crafted from scratch—from hand-pressing the perfect blend for our signature burgers to prepping custom house sauces and building loaded, mouth-watering sandwiches. If you take pride in the perfect sear, flawless presentation, and consistency during a busy rush, we want you on our line. **What You’ll Do** **Execute from Scratch:** Prep and cook premium burgers, specialty sandwiches, and house-made sauces according to exact recipes. * **Master the Grill:** Maintain temperature control, perfect searing techniques, and timing to ensure every burger goes out exactly as ordered. * **Station Ownership:** Keep your station organized, stocked, and immaculately clean. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. * **Work as a Team:** Collaborate seamlessly with the rest of the kitchen crew to keep ticket times down and food quality high. **What We’re Looking For** * **Experience:** **3 to 4 years of dedicated experience** working specifically with high-volume, quality burgers (scratch kitchen experience is a massive plus). * **Sauce & Prep Skills:** Comfortable following exact recipes for scratch-made sauces, toppings, and portion controls. * **Speed & Stamina:** Ability to crush it during peak lunch and dinner rushes while maintaining a cool head. * **Reliability:** You show up on time, ready to work, with a positive, team-first attitude.
