Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Duration: 9 week
Weekly Gross : $2,300 weekly ($20 per hour on w2 + $1,500 weekly stipend)
Weekly hours - 40 hrs

Job Summary:
The Outpatient Clinic RN provides direct nursing care to patients in an ambulatory/clinic setting. The RN is responsible for patient assessment, triage, medication administration, care coordination, patient education, and supporting physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and obtain medical histories and vital signs
- Triage patients and determine appropriate level of care.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered.
- Assist physicians and providers with examinations and procedures.
- Monitor patients and identify changes in their condition.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up appointments.
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR/EHR.
- Communicate with physicians, patients, families, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and clinical protocols.
- Handle telephone triage and respond to patient questions when required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Experience
