A well-known manufacturing company in Wilsonville is hiring Machine Operators for their production team.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you’ll help produce specialized tubing used in life-saving products. This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working around machines, following detailed instructions, and performing quality checks in a clean, organized manufacturing environment.

Machine Operator Job Duties
Operate manufacturing equipment used to produce tubing
Load and unload material into machines
Monitor machines during production
Inspect tubing for quality, accuracy, and consistency
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Schedules Available
Compressed Day Shift:
3:15 AM – 3:30 PM
Work 3 and 4 days per week on an alternating schedule
Compressed Night Shift:
3:15 PM – 3:30 AM
Work 3 and 4 days per week on an alternating schedule
Pay:
$21.50 per hour, plus shift differential for day and night schedules
Machine Operator Job Requirements
At least 6 months of hands-on manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience
Comfortable standing for a 12-hour shift
Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs throughout the day
High school diploma or GED required
