We are seeking a dedicated, driven, and compassionate Physical Therapist. In this role you will create personalized treatment plans, implement evidence based interventions, and guide patients through their recovery journey with compassion and clinical expertise. Key Functions:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments, goals, and needs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques in physical therapy practices related to orthopedics.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist/new grads welcome!
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with care plans and discharge planning processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced clinic.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and their families.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
