Overnight Care Team Member Wanted — Choose your days
Grace Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our Overnight Care Team! If you have a heart for helping seniors and want steady, meaningful work, we'd love to meet you.
Shift: Overnight, 10 PM – 8 AM
Positions Available:
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Starting at $14.75/hr, $15.25 after 90 days
- Home Care Assistant (HCA) – No CNA certification? No problem! We provide in-house training. Starting at $13.75/hr, $14.00 after 90 days
What You'll Do:
- Assist with nighttime routines, including getting ready for bed and overnight bathroom needs
- Provide fall prevention and monitor for safety throughout the night
- Check in periodically to ensure client comfort and well-being
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with transfers, dressing, and repositioning as needed
- Help with light housekeeping and meal/snack prep
- Offer companionship and reassurance through the night
- Assist with morning routine and hand-off before shift ends
