DUTIES:
- Provides continuous, prompt, and courteous service to customers.
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance and complies with safety practices.
- Operates POS system in processing food and beverage charges.
- Handles multiple transactions with cash, credit cards, coupons, vouchers, comps, etc.
- Prepares daily sales reports and reconciliation statements for the vault.
- Interacts positively with customers by inquiring about their dining experience, satisfaction, answering any questions and providing casino information either in person or via telephone.
- Assists all other front staff when the need arises by bussing, cashiering, hosting, clearing, or setting table, being a team player.
- Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services.
- Complies with all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, MICS.
- Report and document all unusual occurrences.
- Able to communicate orally and in writing.
- Practice and always maintain confidentiality.
- Attends all mandatory trainings.
- All other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts, including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.
- Attendance at all trainings and opportunities offered such as: CPR/First Aid, ServSafe are both mandatory.
- Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and culturally diverse environment.
- Must be able to take direction and follow through with assigned tasks.
- Must be able to lift, up to 25lbs.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
- Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
- Must be able to work in a secondhand smoke environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
