What You'll Do
- Craft margaritas, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Guide guests through our tequila and mezcal selections
- Follow recipes and portion standards with consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar
- Check IDs and follow all ABC regulations
- Complete opening, closing, and sidework duties
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service
- Support private events and busy seasonal shifts
What We're Looking For
- 21+ with prior bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of tequila, cocktails, wine, and beer
- Confident, upbeat personality
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during high-volume shifts
- Able to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
