VINCA Arista is hiring a dependable and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Broomfield.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to VINCA’s recipes, portions, plating standards, and ticket times.
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station.
- Complete daily prep, mise en place, opening, closing, and assigned side work.
- Communicate clearly with chefs, expo, and other kitchen team members throughout service.
- Check ingredients for quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
- Follow proper procedures for food handling, labeling, storage, cooling, sanitation, and allergen awareness.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Minimize waste and use ingredients, equipment, and supplies responsibly.
- Assist other stations and team members when needed.
- Contribute to a respectful, focused, and solutions-oriented kitchen culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line-cook or professional kitchen experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency during high-volume service.
- Strong sense of urgency without sacrificing quality or cleanliness.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and reliable communication.
- Willingness to accept feedback and continue learning.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability for scheduled evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of restaurant kitchen work, including standing for extended periods and safely lifting and carrying kitchen supplies.
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
