Welcome to the Small Biz Shoppe Of Spokane! At the Shoppe our goal is to help small businesses grow. You will have the opportunity to work closely with over 110 small businesses and artists from Spokane WA and the surrounding area. We are looking for someone who has an upbeat personality and a passion for creativity.
This Sales associate position is starting at 14.5 hours a week at $17.13 on the weekends with a chance for growth opportunities as you work with us.
Duties Include
- Operating POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and receipts.
- Greeting customers with a friendly atmosphere when they enter the store.
- Helping customers around the store.
- Working with vendors and input their items into our POS system.
- Merchandising vendor and Shoppe items.
- Keeping inventory of high theft items.
- Restocking for restock vendors.
- Facing the store and keeping it clean
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- High school Diploma
- During their hours sales associates are required to be walking/standing for a large duration of their shifts, however accommodations can be made accordingly given the right circumstances.
