Responsibilities
- Diagnose HVAC issues with accuracy, transparency, and clear communication
- Perform residential and commercial maintenance, repairs, and system tune‑ups
- Install and commission HVAC equipment following Breeze’s standards
- Present solutions that genuinely improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability helping customers make confident decisions without pressure
- Maintain organized van stock, tools, and digital job notes
- Represent Breeze’s brand with professionalism, punctuality, and respect
Requirements
- 2+ years HVAC experience
- Basic tools that a HVAC technician would need.
- Pride in clean workmanship
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical diagnostics and perform equipment repairs efficiently.
- Ability to work with a team or as a group.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA certification or equivalent for handling refrigerants; additional certifications in HVAC/R or electrical systems are advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Ability to work independently in the field performing equipment troubleshooting and maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
