Essential Requirements to Join NFI
- Possession of a valid driver's license is a must.
- Having the ability to obtain a Class B license is preferred.
- Hold a technical degree or advanced certification, complemented by 3+ years of equivalent maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment repairs and maintenance using diagnostic tools and software, such as JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated teamwork and customer service abilities, including effective verbal and written communication skills.
- On-site evaluation with recommended training to improve team safety.
