If you feel you can do that, let's talk! As a LPN with us you will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services to children, adolescents and adults within a community setting. We are currently hiring a full time LPN to meet the needs of our clients in Summit and surrounding counties.
Job Duties
- Ability to differentiate between psychological symptoms that occur concurrently with altered physiological functioning
- Provide health education
- Provide injections as needed
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate
- Medication Management
- Collaborate with outside medical providers to meet the needs of the client
- Complete all Individualized Treatment Plans for any client involved in medication management
- Complete all documentation within electronic health record, meeting all clinical requirements
- Complete all tasks within ethical standards of conduct and in compliance with HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Develop and provide in-service training as requested to the agency
- Ability to travel, must meet with all clients in person
- Direct client care, maintaining weekly productivity of 20 hours
- Qualifications Requirements
- Current state licensure as an LPN
- License active within the state of Ohio and in good standing with relevant medical/clinical boards
- Demonstrates excellent organizational, problem solving, decision making and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Able to participate in First Aid, CPR, Verbal de-escalation training
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License, State Minimum Car Insurance, Must maintain satisfactory driving record
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
