Core Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on CNC machining centers and lathes.

Identify and fix mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions to ensure optimal machine performance.

Execute comprehensive machine rebuilds, tear-downs, and necessary wiring installations.

Utilize technical documentation and schematics to pinpoint the underlying causes of equipment failures.

Work alongside equipment vendors and OEMs to address and solve intricate technical challenges.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, with a focus on CNC machinery.

Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical problems.

Capacity to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.

Skilled in performing wiring tasks, troubleshooting systems, and maintaining accurate service records.

Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
