Job Title: Finishing Material Handler
Department: Finishing Operations
Reports To: Shift Supervisor

Primary Job Function:

To keep product packed in line with the mill to avoid production shut down. Make sure that the customer’s requirements of packing are met to their specification.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Detailed Job Duties – Make boxes and band package bundles, blow out and clean tubes, pulling poly, deburring, use overhead cranes and drive forklifts.

Responsibilities – To keep mills running and to keep work area clean.

Other duties necessary to perform this job as deemed necessary by management.
Physical Requirements:

Lifting up to 50 lbs.
-
Bending & moving tubes, boxes, etc.
-
Standing for long periods
-
Non Climate controlled environment
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Education – High School Graduate or G.E.D.
-
Special Skills – Operate overhead cranes, Drive Forklift.

Software skills – Basic computer skills.
