Tropical Sailing Catamarans is looking for an experienced, safety-focused Captain to operate our USCG-inspected sailing catamarans on daily sightseeing and adventure charters in South Florida.

Minimum Qualifications
- USCG Master's License (50 Ton minimum)
- Sailing Endorsement required
- Strong seamanship and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Local South Florida candidates only
Requirements
- Pre-employment and random drug testing
- Background check required
- Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to work outdoors in South Florida's heat, sun, wind, and varying weather conditions
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Commitment to safe vessel operation and outstanding guest experiences
