Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Worker to maintain cleanliness and order across our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are spotless, safe, and welcoming for staff, visitors, and residents. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance
- Conduct janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, window washing, and surface disinfection regularly throughout the shift
- Assist with custodial tasks including industrial cleaning projects and facilities maintenance as needed
- Support with residential painting or minor repairs to uphold the facility’s aesthetic standards
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and report any maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and carpet cleaning
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and industrial cleaning practices
- Experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
