Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for toddlers (12–24 months)
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom and comply with all NC licensing regulations
Qualifications
- NC Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) required or higher preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Previous experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills
- Passion for helping young children learn and grow
