Job is located in Pasadena TX. General building, landscape and parking lot maintenence. Must be able to: maintain restrooms clean and stocked, maintain garage and outside grounds clear from liter, must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to work independantly, and work well with building engineer and property manager. Commercial office building maintenance experience a plus. Must also be able to speak & understand English. Must be able to pass a background check & have valid Drivers lincense.
