Partners Personnel Moreno Valley is currently seeking an experienced Production Manager for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing production operations, and the ability to drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the production floor.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production floor operations
- Manage production staff, line leads, and operators
- Monitor safety procedures and enforce company policies
- Coordinate employee scheduling and training
- Ensure quality standards and inspections are completed
- Assist with inventory management and material usage
- Monitor production efficiencies and operational performance
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain production reporting and operational documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Production Manager or Manufacturing Leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in production scheduling and inventory coordination
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Proficient with production software and reporting systems
