Guerra Site Management (GSM) is a locally owned and operated condominium management company serving residential communities throughout Honolulu. We are expanding our custodial division and are seeking dependable, hardworking, and professional individuals to join our team.

Compensation
- Starting at $17.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain condominium common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces
- Clean elevators, stairwells, hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and recreation areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Remove debris from property grounds
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Maintain custodial equipment and supplies
- Follow GSM cleaning standards and schedules
Qualifications
- Custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or related experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without direct supervision
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors

The ideal candidate is reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and takes ownership of their work. We are looking for team members who represent GSM professionally while interacting with residents, vendors, and property managers.
Schedule
- Part-time positions available immediately
- Morning and daytime schedules
- Approximately 19 hours per week initially
- Additional hours may become available as GSM continues to grow
