Preferred Partners Insurance is a full-service independent insurance agency and part of a family of companies that includes Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, Capstone Title, and Preferred Lending Services. We handle all personal and commercial lines insurance needs including Homeowners, Flood, Auto, and more.
We are hiring a part-time Customer Success Representative to keep our service operation running clean. This is an administrative and support role. You will not be selling insurance, and you do not need a license to be considered.
What you will actually do
- Process underwriting conditions and follow them through to clearance
- Record and file issued policies, endorsements, and carrier paperwork
- Maintain client records and data accuracy in AMS360
- Handle general policy maintenance requests and route anything requiring licensed guidance to a producer
- Track and update pipeline and task activity in Agency Zoom
- Provide day to day support to our insurance producers so they can stay in front of clients
What we are looking for
- Working knowledge of AMS360 and Agency Zoom (strongly preferred, and it moves you to the top of the list)
- Prior experience in an insurance agency, title company, mortgage office, or real estate brokerage required
- Someone who is genuinely organized, not just someone who says they are. This role lives in details, deadlines, and follow up.
- Clear written and verbal communication with clients, carriers, and internal team members
- Comfort working independently inside a defined process
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
Approximately 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours. We are flexible on how those hours are structured, and we expect consistency once we set them.
