Ethos Recruits is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Family Law Attorney on behalf of a well-established Seattle law firm.

Responsibilities
- Manage family law cases from intake through resolution.
- Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, parenting plans, and related domestic relations matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms.
- Appear at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' best interests.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case strategy and progress.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to deliver outstanding legal services.
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
- Family law litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
- Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage an active caseload.
Compensation & Benefits
