- Commitment to working onsite, fostering relationships with students and teachers
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing communication challenges
- Provide direct intervention and monitor progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain compliant, timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Educate school staff and families on strategies to carry over communication goals across environments
