Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that all spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves working in various residential settings, providing exceptional cleaning services while delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including organizing and decluttering spaces.
- Provide floor care services, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
- Assist with cooking light meals or snacks as requested by clients.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in cleaning procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job assignments.
