The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in Residential Cleaning to be considered for this position.
In business for 10 years, we are an established Professional Cleaning Company located in Spring Hill. We are servicing high-end homes, rentals, golf Course Communities, and offices in our surrounding areas.
This is a W2 Position with weekly pay. Average shift runs from 8:45am-3:30pm with some days going as late as 5pm. Starting is pay is based on experience, first raise after 90 days , as well as vacation time and paid sick leave. We offer monthly bonuses for attendance and performance. We don't work weekends or holidays. There are paths for advancement for the right individual.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Ensure sanitation standards are met by using appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. .
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Drive to various locations as needed, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning appointments.

Job Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience helpful
1 year of professional cleaning experience required
Must be able to pass a background check, No Felonies
