Duties

- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, resource allocation, and investment decisions to maximize growth opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, clients, and community leaders
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and public forums to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Requirements
- Proven experience in executive leadership roles with a track record of driving organizational growth and transformation
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to execute plans effectively
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, investments, and financial reporting
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and build strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment with agility and resilience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; advanced degrees or executive certifications are preferred
