Job Summary
We are a well-established, fast growing, multi-doctor Podiatry practice. We are currently looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team!
Candidate MUST be pleasant, understanding and have excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, organized, and the ability to work independently are the qualities we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
- Check-in patients
- Confirm/Update medical insurance
- Collect copays/patient balances
- Explain deductible, coinsurance, copay or old balance to patients
- Dispense over-the-counter products, enter charges and post monies collected
- Schedule appointments and in office procedures
