We are looking for a skilled and motivated Meat Cutter to specialize in our Poultry, Seafood, and Sausage Station. What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, cut, and portion poultry, seafood, and sausage products to Chop Shop standards.
- Maintain sharp, well-kept knives and cutting tools.
- Follow daily prep lists and assist with production needs.
- Create and package fresh sausages and value-added products.
- Ensure seafood is properly stored, trimmed, and displayed for maximum freshness.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, answering product questions and offering cooking tips.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and display cases.
- Assist with inventory, receiving, and rotation of products.
- Support wholesale and retail orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong attention to detail and knife skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in chilled environments.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in butchery, seafood prep, sausage making, or food/hospitality industry.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Passion for high-quality food and craftsmanship.
